Air Gun - Club Instructor Training Course
The Club Instructor Course is a discipline specific course that is mainly concerned with the technical skills of Air Rifle shooting in the standing position and also deliberate Air Pistol shooting. The club Instructor course is recommended to holders of YPS Air Rifle or Pistol instructors who desire to develop their skills and instruct the alternate discipline.
The club instructor ‘Airgun’ covers both Air Rifle and Pistol shooting and is listed in the Scout POR shooting factsheet for recommended Range Conducting Officer qualifications.
The Club Instructor course is also a gateway prerequisite to further coaching avenues such as the club, county, and regional coaching qualifications.
Included within the course fee is the NSRA course handbook and certificate.
The qualification is valid for 5 years.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own .177 Air Rifles and Air Pistols
